À la Française Champagne ! · From Reims
À la Française Champagne ! takes eight guests at most from Reims Centre station to two family estates for six glasses, and has you back at 1:10pm. Pick it to see the growers first and keep the afternoon for a house on the Saint-Nicaise hill.

Start with the name. The GetYourGuide address of this tour still has "taittinger" in it, and you might expect the Taittinger cellars. The operator's own page describes something else: two family-run wineries and no big house. Book it for the growers. If you want Taittinger, book the cellars yourself on the house's booking site for the afternoon; the visits launched at EUR 40 to 80 when the renovated cellars reopened in 2024.
The morning itself is tight and well paced. You meet the guide at 9:20am at the tourist office outside Reims Centre station (be there five minutes early). The first stop is a boutique vineyard where you follow the grapes from the press to the cuverie and down into the cellars, with three cuvées to taste. The second visit is shorter and more personal: the owners, a walk in their vines, and three more cuvées. Six glasses, and you're back at the station at 1:10pm.
It's the cheapest of the grower tours at $135, and the most flexible to build a day around. Lunch near the station, then a house in the afternoon: Taittinger, Pommery from EUR 30, or Veuve Clicquot, whose Brut Yellow Label visit costs EUR 36 in 2026. The tour needs two guests, children under 4 can't come, and you cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before. Inside that, nothing comes back.
